March 10, 2026 (MLN): Mobilink Microfinance Bank Limited has formally submitted a Public Announcement of Intention to acquire shares and assume control of Apna Microfinance Bank Limited. The move complies with the Securities Act, 2015, and the Listed Companies Regulations, 2017.

Arif Habib Limited has been appointed as Manager to the Offer, representing Mobilink Microfinance Bank Limited, the acquiring entity in the proposed transaction.

The Public Announcement of Intention will be published in one English and one Urdu-language newspaper within two working days following the filing. The information was officially shared through a notification to the Pakistan Stock Exchange.
